Yes, the facility is open 24/7 to those with key codes. We offer 24/7 video surveillance to protect against unwanted activity.

How do I make a payment?

Online (Click here for Bend, click here for La Pine) or at our Kiosks on location with credit or debit card. Checks and money orders can be mailed in.

  • La Pine location: PO Box 2341, Bend, OR 97709

How do I move in?

Choose a location here, select unit, enter info, pay with credit or debit card, get key code, move in. You can also use our kiosks at any of our facilities.

How do I move out?

You can start the move out process by filling out this form here: Move Out Form.

How do I get my deposit back after moving out?

Notify us of your move out, leave the unit clean, and have your rent paid current.

Is there a lease? What are the terms?

Can I use autopay with credit or debit card?

Yes! This must be setup through our online “Pay my Bill” page.

How are auctions handled?

They are all private sales at this time.

How do I update my account information?

You cannot do this online. Contact us and we’ll get it updated for you.

Can I prepay rent for upcoming months?

No, but you can setup autopay.
